- Planning and development for new golf course design or continuing golf course renovation and restoration projects.
- Project supervision for monitoring quality control.
- Consultant to the owner/developer to oversee all golf course construction or renovation and maintenance programs from inital construction, grow-in, and through the ongoing golf course maintenance services.
- Assist the golf course with the selection of construction materials for greens, tees, and bunkers.
- Assist with the irrigation design consultant and irrigation contractor.
- Assist the golf course in selection of turfgrass varieties.
